Sabato sera mi sono concesso una gita a Roma. Niente camp, niente impegni di lavoro. Solo il piacere di ritrovare una persona dopo… 23 anni. L’occasione è stata la partecipazione di questa persona ad un concerto di musica sacra. Mi son sentito un po’ Gaspar, ho accettato di non mettere i soliti jeans e son partito. Alle 20.30 chiaccheravo con il mio amico fuori dalla Basilica di S. Ignazio di Loyola in Campo Marzio, prima dell’esecuzione del "Requiem for my mother" di Stephen Edwards. Una chiesa bella, in una piazza ancor più bella, messa apposta lì per distrarre il viandante dalla facciata della basilica. Ci vorrebbe Placida-Mitì per spiegare tutta la storia, che io ne ho orecchiato qualche pezzo dai turisti che leggevano la guida Michelin ad alta voce.
